         <title>Banana Bread</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>* 1/2 cup unsalted Butter<br>* 3/4 cups sugar<br>Cream them together- medium high speed<br>* Mash together 3 ripe bananas<br>Add to the rest of the batter<br>* Add in 2 large room temp eggs<br>Mix them up till combine<br>*Mix together 1 1/2 cups flour1 tsp baking soda and 1/2 Tsp of salt. mix and add to the cream mixture<br>Combine add in 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract<br>&nbsp;Add in 1/2 cup raisins and coarsely chopped walnuts ( if you like them)<br>Using a spatula fold them in just to combine<br>Grease the sides of you pan with butter then dust with flour.<br>This helps the bread from sticking to the pan. Shake off the excessive flour<br>transfer all of the batter into the pan<br>Lightly smooth out the top and bake in pre heated oven at 350 F for 55- 60 mins or till the toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.&nbsp;<br>Let it rest for 10 mins once out of the oven<br>Take it out on a wire rack and let it cool to the room temp.&nbsp;<br>ENJOY!!&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
