everyone can make them, all kinds of people. commonly deepfakes are made for advertisement. Most of them are created on powerful graphic cards, high-end desktops, and computing power cloud, or if you wish a company will create it for you. The process could take weeks, days, or hours, obviously, with better equipment, less time is required.
How to spot them?
spotting deepfake is every time harder. People investigate how it happens and when they spot the problem and fix it so people can't find them. low-quality ones are easier to find due to the image blur or other factors affecting such as lips synchronization, skin tone, reflection, etc.

According to this article they say that a lot of celebrities (that are the most influenced in deepfakes) don't have to keep quiet and don't say nothing only because are famous and well it will desapears but never despairs on social media.

So what they have to do according to this document is report what its happening and whoo did published and at list it will desapears of the social network, but  other people could have it saved on their mobile for ever in fact that the computers of social media don't have access at you privacy.

There is not control to detect whether or not a video uses this type of technology. I thought that it will be a good ideas to before deliver som video od foto do like a control of deepfakes that  checks if its real or no. I n this form it will be no deepfakes.

Deepfake technology consists of replacing a face through the use of video technology, it is a way for a person's face to appear in a video even without their consent, created artificially.

One of the most interesting thing and we can do a graphic whit this information is :A lot of celebrities are victim of deepfakes according to the IEBS, 86% of the Spanish population and a 60% believes the deepfakes and a lot of Spanish persons thing that they can recognize a deepfake but in reality only a 14% knows to distinguish a real deepfake.

In this article  they explain us how dangerous it can arrive to be deepfakes ,it is against justice since for this reason they can occur has the potential to be used for malicious purposes just because of the sheer power behind it. Also you could create false accusations or complaints against companies. And go to jail for falsehoods and if not because they can denounce you, unless you are anonymous because if you are anonymous you would have to pay a fee so that they discover and investigate who it was and find the culprit.

2. Deepfakes are automatically created that's why it takes less time to be produced.Shallowfake as they need someone for them to be created they will take more time to be made.

It lowers the cost of video campaigns. Marketers can save lots of money with deepfakes as there is no need to hire a person actor. Instead of paying for a real actor, companies can purchase a license for an actor’s identity. Then use the digital recordings of the actor and insert the dialogue from a script for the actor and create a new video.
Companies can also save time if they want to use other employees for ads. Also, they don’t even need to reshoot the video if it’s not correct, tehy can just edit the deepfake.

As they don’t need to use real life actors for a campaign, they can re-use already existing content for more than one channels in less time and less money.
Instead of reshooting scenes for different channels, companies can just edit or replace video cuts to make different episodes.

Lastly, Hyper personalisation.
Deepfakes have made Hyper personalisation much stronger, a brand can supply single customers with more information and experiences based on their personal preferences.
If a brand has a product which model is based in light skin faces, deepfakes can make a digital model of the product applied into a darker skin. This helps the market by reaching to more people without depending on differences between every type of human.

This type of technology is very usefull as it can help refine in many different factors. 
One example is bringing back acors or actresses. Sometimes an actor is unable to attend to the sequel of a movie in which he has already appeared, and deepfakes can easiely solve this problem. The only thing to do is to design a deepfake model of the actor and make the movie with it. 

More realistic scenes in movies. 
Deepfake technology can perfectionate the actors or actresses faces for a not very elevate price. 
As a real example, Actor Henry Cavill had to work for two movies at the same time, in one of them he had to have a mustache and in the other one he didn't. It was a huge problem because his mustache could not be shaved. 
Deepfakes would have quickly solved this problem by, with the help of editing, make the mustache dissapear. 
Instead, the directors chose to fix it with an CGI which ended up looking terrible. Everybody made fun of it and this disaster could have been avoided by simply using deepfakes, which are accually more cheap and affordable.

Visitors could interact with him and take selfies with him.
This confirms that deepfakes make wonderfull things in the art history. 

Autonomy and expression: 
Deepfakes can help human rights activists to protest anonymously in oppressive regimes. Using this technology to report atrocities on social media can be very empowering for citizen activists. Deepfake can anonymize voice and faces to protect their privacy to avoid any problem.

Summary: 
Deepfakes are a great tool to improve education techniques, amplify art exhibitions and experiances and help protestant activists to share their opinion in a safe way.
