The Assyrians were very fierce and intimidating. The Chaldeans or the Neo Babylonians took over the Assyrians. The Chaldean's improved all of Babylon's traditions. Their leader was Nebuchadnezzar. The Babylonians had a ruler named Hammurabi, who made a set of 282 laws the regulates the behavior of people in their empire.
