Since the internet and social networks stars, bad people used this as a favor to intimidate or flame people by anonymous. For instance the case of Amanda Todd, a Young lady which a lot of internet people flame and threatened her to the point that she killed herself, and this is not the only case, there are hundreds of histories if you search a Little on google, of course schools and parents are concerned of this, so they are both very careful od what they kids and students do on internet, also in schools there are some speeches that talk of this directly.
