Companies offering ESG Investing do not necessarily mean that they score high on all 3 aspects of ESG. You need to look deeper into the company.

    2. a. What's being advertised is not always correct.
    b. encouraging people to divest from companies that are not offering ESG like alcohol.
    c. fund managers have a legal obligation to focus on maximizing profit. Does that mean that they sacrifice their ethics for the job

    First ethical issue is the thinking that someone else will buy them so it does not matter. 
    Second is the ethical investments are harder to access for the average invested. 
    Third the day score does not always represent a good measure, misleading investors. Misrepresentation from companies. 
    Fourth, the esg scores are not well regulated. No one policing them.
