         <title>Jesus in writing</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>1. Tacitus was a Roman historian from 58 to 116 CE and described the persecution of Christians by Nero and the execution of Jesus by Pilate.</p><p>2. Suetonius was a private secretary to Hadrian the Roman Emperor and wrote about the Caesars who expelled the Jews from Rome because they were constantly making disturbances at the instigation of "Chrestus".</p><p>3. Pliny was the Governor of what is now Turkey and wrote in 112 CE that he saw nothing wrong with the early Christians</p><p>4. Flavius Josephus was a Jewish soldier who was taken prisoner and became a friend of the Emperor Vespasian and wrote&nbsp;about Jewish histories and mentioned Jesus but it could've been added later by Christians.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>-Jesus was conceived solely by the Holy Spirit.</p><p>-Mary remained a virgin her whole life.</p><p>-She was the immaculate conception and Mary is the "Mother of God" but she is not divine as she is not part of the Holy Trinity.</p><p>For why she should be worshipped as much as Jesus: She was the Immaculate Conception and without her there would be no Jesus, did God's will with no questions asked and ascended into Heaven. </p><p>She shouldn't be worshipped as much as Jesus because: she is not in the&nbsp;Nicene creed, didn't sacrifice her life on&nbsp;Earth and women are not as important in the churches eyes&nbsp;</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>-We all have original sin (apart from Mary because why not) as punishment for Adam and Eve's betrayal.</p><p>-Mortal sin is where you do something wrong whilst knowing it is wrong. You go to Hell if you die with mortal sin but you can be forgiven through confession. </p><p>-Venial sin is when you have done something wrong but did not do so intentionally. You can get forgiven through prayer and the Penitential rite at mass and if you die with venial sin you will go to Purgatory.</p><p>-Evidence: 'Why, then, do you look at the speck in your brothers eye and pay no attention to the log in your own' (Matt 7:3)</p>]]></description>
