I read this morning that 20% of the world´s population is now in lockdown. If this applies to you -and it probably does- I hope that you are dealing with it OK. How do you keep yourself sane? In my case I do all sort of different activities including standing at my balcony to dedicate a round of applause to the healthcare workers and others who are risking their lives for our wellbeing.
