For students that have an advanced level, classes are too easy and they are unmotivated because they are not moving ahead as fast as they could and instead of working they give copy to their classmates so that they can start a new activity.  There is also a student that skips classes because she already knows the topic. As a teacher it is complicated because due to the lack of time, I have to teach the entire group at the same time taking into consderation that only 10% of the students include beginners and advanced. 
The way I have solved this problem is by dividing the classes into groups of 3 or 4 and giving them different activities depending on the level. This has partially solved the problem. Another way I have managed to solve this issue is by assigning a coach to each beginner student that is in charge of explaining any doubts. Then they watched this YouTube video and shared their opinion and feelings. My role as a teacher was to compliment and motivate. I didn´t make any corrections so that they could express themselves. It was a nice activity because they communicated very well and weren´t worried about any grammar rules.
