During later issues, it would be useful if editors could write descriptions/summaries (no more than one or two sentences) of the pieces that they have edited. If not, that responsibility falls on me and makes my job a lot harder as I then have to read every work and summarize it. Perhaps next meeting we can discuss returning to the Padlet format we had last year for editors?

Also, the Notion links at the moment are a bit complicated. Last year, the editors would copy the texts of the story and the pictures the writers included (if there were any) onto a notion page. With the way it is now, every reader would have to download the document that the story/article was written on. This would be difficult for a lot of mobile readers, as some phones don't necessarily open all file types. Can we discuss this during the meeting as well? Thanks.
