Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to work with you and your class. When I first got  to the class the students were about to go to recess and I sorted their assignments. I finished doing that a little before everyone came back inside and then it was time for math. I got to see how you guys worked and did the assignments. 
I like how all the students were enthused to learn. All of them were excited to share their answers of how they answered the questions. I am excited to work with the students and get to know them more. So far I already like this class because  they are at a good age where they know to listen to directions. I was wondering if you wanted me to ask you first to work with a student who needs help, or if I just take action and help when needed. Also you mentioned how a student may need to work in the hall. Would you like me to go out and help that student or take a student in the hallway if they are really struggling? 
If I am sick or can't make it to the class one day, my phone number is (907) 299- 9704. Also I was wondering if I can get your classroom number or your personal number so I can call ahead of time if I know that I can't make it to class for any particular reason. At the end of the semester I will be doing an activity in the classroom for my semester project and I was just reminding you and you can also recommend ideas or anything that sounds good to do with the students.

Thank you so much. I really like working with the students. On Thursday I only got to two kids with their math but I really enjoyed it and I am excited to continue working in the classroom. The students were really funny to watch because they would be running away from the waves because the tide was coming in fast. They are leaning about invasive species and the set a crab pot on the ground. They hammered a pole into the ground and tied a rope that was attached to the pot onto the pole. There was bait inside the pot to lure the crabs into it. The students had to be fast because the tide was coming in. They will be checking the crab pots to see what crabs they got.
