<title>Skinner&#39;s theory can be related into working practice by offering praise to the learner when they have completed a task, and asking what happened if they have not completed, did they understand, did they need any help, explanation or just that they didn&#39;t bother to complete, revisit ground rules, delays in obtaining certificates. <title>Skinner&#39;s philosophy called radical behaviourism- human behaviour is dependent on previous actions. After bad experience action will not be repeated. Good consequence action is more likely to repeat. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/B._F._Skinner </title>

<title>Physical disability – Cerebal PalsyCerebal Palsy is a disorder that affects muscle tone, movement – coordination. The impact it has on learning is that the learner may find it difficult to retain the information or instructions. The learning duration will be a lot longer to take into consideration the disability. Behavioural issues may also be experienced within learning. Strategies to overcome this can be of the following:Allow additional time for the visit to support learning and for learner to complete tasks. Ensure that verbal responses are used for assignments or for tests as this may benefit the learner a lot more. Using pictures, signs where the learner can visually learn can benefit the learner as written work they may struggle with. However any writing devices that can be used should be used, so they have the opportunity to choose how they learn. Work with external network to support learner needs – such as their parents, therapist or doctor. It is important to identify and meet the learner needs to get the best from the learner. Without sufficient planning to meet the learner needs will lead to a demotivated learner. As a tutor, we will probably feel frustrated with the visit and therefore this learner may become out of funding which have an impact on the company financially. https://kidshealth.org/en/parents/cp-factsheet.htmlH Tran </title>
