<title>The definition of the School to Prison Pipeline is according to us: it is the idea that students who are typically &quot; at risk&quot; are out of classrooms. Then they go straight to juvenile dentions and/or prisons. It is the outcome of certain factors such as the lack of school support from state sponsors, Zero tolerancy policies. It is because of these factors that prison has become a part of the normal for certain people.</title>

<title>The School to Prison Pipeline meant to us that we as educators are preparing our students (mainly urban/underprivileged) for a prison-like setting. With rigid rules and zero-tolerance, increased suspensions,&amp;nbsp;</title>

<title>The school to prison pipeline is a result of the way our schools are currently treating infractions both small and large leading to a disproportionate amount of minorities ending up in the criminal justice system.&amp;nbsp;</title>
