         <description><![CDATA[<p>Candida auris (C. auris) is an infectious yeast that easily spreads among hospital patients.  This fungus is very resistant to antifungal treatments. It weakly and rarely affects healthy people, most often taking advantage of unhealthy patients and infecting them. These infections can range from surface infections to bloodstream infections.</p>]]></description>

Once developed, it easily spreads among patients.</p><p>The best thing to do is to <strong>prevent</strong> the infection. Cleaning rooms often and making sure to wash any points of contact off before meeting another patient is necessary.</p>]]></description>
