#1 – Introduction

Maria is the responsible leader. Robert. The annoying one.

Marcus, the boastful one. Gloria, the forgetful one. And Althea, the weakling.

#2 – Exposition

Once upon a time, the five scouts sat around bored. Maria stood up, and said,

“Alright, enough of this Let’s go to Pampanga!” The group got energized until Juan asked. “How are we getting there?” Maria sighed. “That’s the next challenge,” Juan thought for a moment, then grinned. “We could ask our parents for money, right? Or you guys have your own money, I guess.”. “So how are we going to get there?” Maria thinks of an idea. “What if we take the bus to Pampanga?”. “Great idea, but what are we even going to do in Pampanga, anyway?” Gloria asked Maria. “Did you forget? There’s going to be the “Ibon-Ebon” festival in Pampanga! I forgot you’re forgetful.” She sighed. Juan jumps into the conversation and tries to cheer everyone up “Guys, I got a joke!” Everyone groaned “What?” Juan grinned.” Why did the comedian move to Pampanga? Because they heard the place was full of pun-panga jokes!” Everyone stayed silent until Joaquin chuckled first, shaking his head. “Not funny, Juan.” Maria replies with an eye-roll then Juan frowns “At least I tried…”.

#3 – Rising Action

The next day, the five scouts were already at the bus station,

waiting for their ride to Pampanga. Maria looks at everyone to see if they are all ready “Okay, guys, the bus should be here soon.”. Gloria was scanning her pockets nervously. “I hope I didn’t lose my ticket…” she mumbled, patting her pockets again. Althea, sitting on the curb “I’m getting nervous… what if the bus breaks down halfway? Or what if we get lost?!” Maria pats her back “We’ll be fine, Althea. We’ve got this.” Just then, the bus pulls up. The group gathered their things and boarded, ready for their adventure to Pampanga’s Festival.

#4 – Climax

After two and a half hours, the bus finally stopped in Pampanga.

The group got off and saw the lively Ibon-Ebon Festival. "Wow!" they said together. The streets were full of music, decorations, and people. Performers in bird costumes danced through the crowd, and stalls offered food and crafts. “This is amazing!” Maria said. Juan pointed to the performers. “Their costumes look like real birds!” Gloria smiled at the bird-shaped decorations. “Everything’s so colorful!” The group stopped at a booth about the wetlands and the birds that visit every year. Althea read about how birds come from different places. “This is fun and interesting!” Maria said

#5 – Falling Action

After Maria's excited comment, the group continued to explore the festival.

Gloria admired the bird decorations, and Joaquin talked about the different birds. As the day went on, Althea smiled. “I’m really glad we came,” she said. “This was better than I thought.” Maria smiled back. “I knew we’d be fine. Sometimes you just have to try something new.” The group smiled as the sun began to set.

#6 – Conclusion / Resolution

They took one last look at the festival before heading back to the bus station.

“Next time, let’s go to another festival!” Joaquin said. “For now, let’s just enjoy the ride home,” Maria replied. On the bus ride back, they relaxed, each of them thinking about the fun they had and the memories they had. The day had been perfect, and they knew this adventure would be one they’d talk about for a long time.
