         <description><![CDATA[<div>SLPs (speech-language pathologists) understand the need for gender-fluid pronouns. SLPs are considering pronoun use: students who are having difficulty with acquiring language (specifically syntax). We are looking at how to use gender pronouns, but address the needs of children who demonstrate weaknesses in language development and syntax skills. It's an ongoing discussion.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
