This means that the parliament gets to make decisions as to when the articles are enforced, and when the articles can be infringed upon. All of the rights covered in the CCRF are also covered by the Netherlands Constitution. Something that stood out was the emphasis the constitution placed on education, being its largest article. It explicitly mentions religion, belief,  political opinion, race or sex.
