Feedback -
- Great day yesterday. Seeing and feeling the buzz already amongst peeps in the team. Lot's of smiles, hellos, goodbyes. Have already talked with colleagues about how our thinking styles relate to each other and the work we're undertaking.

- Maybe future meeting should be as further away as possible from JW building, so we can use break time to network?

Mohamed

Thought the day went really well. Felt like one cohesive team.

As per Jackie's point 2, we could ty to resurrect the 'sharing slots' but get sub teams to commit to an advance date. Sharing could be around key work topics to better inform us all of what we all do.

Kev

I was reflecting on the analogy of Jackie's re-entry to the team as of a brick or a sponge pushing back into a wall. Perhaps, in a systems thinking approach it's more like a neural connection being made in one part of the system changing the system as a whole...hence the re-adjustment for all...in a good way!

It felt like a really good day, everyone participated and it was very positive.
I agree with Mohamed, we should have such meetings away from our building so we can interact during the breaks and lunch.
Thank you for organising and I look forward to the next one.
Many thanks...

Going forward I think our meetings could be a great space and opportunity for us to share what we are working on - I am thinking more specific content / topics or activities. There is some great talent in out teams and I feel that should be utilised more!

Really enjoyed Amy's activity too!

Deepa
