Most people enjoy this show so much for their portrayal of vampires. Vampire diaries is a world wide phenomenon for a couple reasons but one of them is how real their world seems to others. The writers did a very job on creating the vampires from their weakness and strengths to there backstories. Based on the movie and how the actor was in real life it was a common assumption that the actor could actually be a vampire. Proof by verbosity is a red flag that I would associate with the real vampires website because there website is advanced and covers every aspect of vampires that it actually gets yourself thinking if this could be real. There is evidence to back up their claims that vampires are real based on the endogenous retrovirus. According to the website if you have this in your body and after doing a quiz they designed and getting half or more right they consider you an actual vampire. After reading this website I have came to realize that the reason its so detailed it to make it seem real. Bella idolizes Edward and his family of vampires mainly based on how easy they make everything seem. It isn’t until later on in the series she realizes what she has gotten herself into.
