Is there any extra consideration given for schools with a small amount of ELs, but to be compliant with groupings, we need a teacher all day (pull out model). We have such a spread that the we need a full day teacher, but not as many ELs as some of our larger campuses.

How do we clearly show our groupings that span across grade levels. (i.e. I need 0.25 of a Targeted ELD teacher for 3 grade levels.) In the past I put 0.25 for one grade level and then put zero on the other two grade levels, but then put a narrative that it was included in that 0.25 calculation. Is there a better/more clear way to do this?

I appreciate the clarity of the timeline, but I would like to know if there is any chance of making this an earlier timeline, maybe in years to come? It is difficult to make hiring/staffing decisions when this is not approved until July.
