Dave is a very deep lyricist; he uses emotion in his songs and tells his stories very rawly. This grabbed my attention and gave me courage to try and tell one of my own stories.

It gave me the understanding that songs are sort of like puzzles. Some of the audience can relate to it whereas others may just become aware of an issue or a side of life they fortunately didn't have to live.

Michaels soul, danceable music would get me up and dancing with strangers and cultures i didn't know without me realising, This inspired me to start to create my own songs through music production in hopes to touch people or get them up and dancing and feeling good. This expressed to me that no matter your background where you're from or what you have experienced in life a few musical notes could bring it all together and make you forget it all.
