My "WHY" To Teach

Teaching is my passion because I believe education can make a big difference in people's lives. Seeing students learn and grow brings me happiness. My main reason for teaching is to build strong relationships with my students and help them feel confident and capable. I want to help my students succeed and be ready for whatever comes next in their lives.

My Life Outside of The Classroom

Outside of the classroom I love to spend time with my friends and family. They are a very big part of my life and are a big part of who I am today. I also love to exercise and be outside as much as a I can. My family just recently bought a lake house at Table Rock lake and we have been spending a lot of time there. The lake and beach are my happy places and a lot of my favorite memories have been made there.

My Educational Journey

I was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri where I graduated high school. I decided to go to the University of Arkansas where I received a bachelors degree in Elementary Education. I absolutely loved my time in Fayetteville and made some of the most special people. Arkansas also prepared me to be the best teacher I can be and shaped me to be the person I am today.
