I was hoping for a good read. Anyway, this book is getting scarier and scarier. I'm glad that the harvest is over. When Jade didn't show up, my first thought was that Mr Tom knew that Sugar and Beau loved Jade very much. I thought he used his rifle in a very bad way. Then when the author wrote that she smelled smoke I knew that Mr Tom was setting something on fire. Sugar must really love Jade. #No name. And Billy he was going to go after Sugar too.
