         <description><![CDATA[<p>Does it work?</p><p>Do we have all of the learning needs of our people? </p><p>Have we got the scoring right?</p><p>Do we need to profile the U18's and U19's or do we use the target boxes for PDP?</p><p><br></p><p>Use FiP more efficiently - be better prepared for the meetings so we are only adding notes?</p><p><br></p><p>Staitham was a yes and is now a no... Reflecting on the meeting, was powerful! Discussions involving the profiling with staff means Recruitment department (Adam) can understand the decision, language and next steps for department. or needs of the coaches/leadership dept.</p><p><br></p><p>Scoring too high? </p><p><br></p><p>Loans - </p><p><br></p><p>Do we have a strategy?</p><p>What do we need to do to make it better?</p><p>Is 60% attendance appropriate/realistic?</p><p>Is the APG enough for discussing loans?</p>]]></description>
