Well done! You have thought about a rationale for your innovation which is evidence based, and aligned to the NMC (2004) SCPHN Proficiencies. You have considered a leadership theory and applied to your innovation. You have also considered a change model and applied this clearly to your innovation. Some pointers-

Ensure you have some visual aspects to all slides - too much text can be difficult to navigate and make it hard for the marker to listen to your audio and read the words.

Include some critique - can be captured within the audio and/or slides - why did you choose this leadership theory? why not another theory for example?

Don't forget your references.

Well done Tulip!

Thank you Daisy for your hard work. You have considered a rationale for your proposed innovation, and have presented a force field analysis to map out driving and resisting forces for the change. This clearly illustrates the proposed change in practice. You have a reference slide and have included diagrams and text. Some pointers -

Make sure that the leadership theory and the change model are applied to your innovation - whilst abstract theory and critique does demonstrate your understanding, it doesn't necessarily demonstrate application.

Consider making the change explicit - I am sure narration will help with this. The slide is useful regarding the proposed change, it has pictures, however could you minimise the text to make it more impactful?

Well done Daisy, Amy

Daffodil

Well done on an excellent few slides. You have presented your innovation and considered a change model and leadership theory. You discuss the theory/model and then apply it to your proposed change. This is key for ensuring your understanding and application is explicit. You have included a title slide and reference list.

Some pointers -

Make sure the references you utilise are suitable for L6/L7 academic work - avoid websites, blogs etc.

Consider balance of visual and text to ensure the marker isn't overwhelmed by text alongside listening to the audio narration.

Ensure you capture relevant supporting evidence to provide a rationale for your change. Could you situate this within the context of SCPHN practice? Standards of proficiency? contemporary literature/reports?

Well done Daffodil! Amy

Sunflower

Well done sunflower - you have presented some great slides. You consider an innovation - although from the slides, I am not sure what the innovation is exactly - make sure you are explicit in your presentation. The narration will help this. Rationale is included - well done. Make sure you utilise evidence base and contemporary SCPHN practice as a contextual base. You provide a comprehensive overview of the chosen leadership theory - make sure you apply this to the innovation and you as the leader for higher marks and demonstration of application. The force field analysis is great and really clear.

Some pointers -

Ensure confidentiality throughout your presentation

Check credibility of references for L6/L7 work - think hierarchy of evidence

I love the way you have combined the change models - very innovative! It is clearly applied to your innovation. Check slides aren't too busy for the marker.

Well done sunflower! Amy

Well done to you all for having a go with the summative assessment. Hopefully it has helped you pull together some of the module content to date and think about how you will apply leadership theory and change management to an innovation within public health nursing.

Main pointers -

Make your slides easy to navigate and aesthetically pleasing

Use credible references

Apply the leadership theory to yourself as the leader (demonstrate self-awareness), and the innovation

Apply the change management model to the innovation.

Avoid theoretical, abstract-only discussion of theory. This won't demonstrate application of knowledge

Provide a rationale for your proposed change - contextualised within contemporary SCPHN practice is wonderful!

Good luck to you all, Amy
