Working in silos, unwilling to share inputs
Misalignment of which Divisions are required to provide inputs on specific matters; need to spend time to figure out what the inputs request is about and whether or not it is relevant to LMD
New Divisions which had taken up new processes appeared to be unclear on FAMB's roles/responsibilities. Queries on processes not under FAMB's purview had regularly been received.
Divisions asking for past cleared positions and questioning them; but actually if they disagree they can put up an alternate position for clearance

Delineation of scope across certain ops divisions creates unnecessary confusion and overlap of work.

Also, access to KM cross-ops is inadequate, resulting in additional efforts required to link up.

Embrace failures and differences in our course of work. Understand that everyone has different working styles and embrace such differences. Hope that embracing failure and differences becomes a culture.
