When I arrived at Nandos in Blackheath, I could see there was lots of food on the floor. and that made me feel very disgusted and I felt like I didn't want to eat here. I feel like the workers don't clean the kitchens and the sitting areas. When I got my frozen yogurt for desert it was not even cold it was warm and slimy, the texture of it was awful.

  • I went to Nandos and I oredered a burger with chips and when I got my food the chips were cold and no one likes cold chips. I felt like man was trying to disrespect me. Beacuse of the chips.

    When i arrived at Nandos It was too busy, there was too many people and barely any space on tables i felt very uncomfortable and didn't feel very valued as a customer. 

    When i was finally seated the tables were very dirty, they had all different kinds of stains on them. I felt very ill eating my food on the same table.

    The setting was terrible, there was rats running around all over the place, mainly around the outside of the room because the cleaners seem to leave food on the floor around the side of the room.
