Great collection of video lessons across the curriculum and grade levels.  Some cost money, but others are free.  I really like the Digital Citizenship lessons. There are lessons that apply across the grade levels for teaching students digital citizenship and online safety. Appears to be a great opportunity to use with the iPads and all students can be involved. K-8

This website offers apps that make the following topics engaging: The human body, plants, homes, simple machines, the earth, weather, skyscrapers, and space. 
There are introductory videos that explain a little about what the app is like. Unfortunately, the app is $2.99 per topic, so I was unable to see if it is a worthwhile app.

I am not completely clear on what this app does but here is what I think it does:  As a teacher, you create presentations like with Prezi or PowerPoint but they are interactive.  You can manipulate them on your interactive whiteboard or the students can on the iPads.  Students can also create presentations for projects or other assignments.

You have to pay for this app but it is not as expensive as some others. $2.67 per subscription or $6-8 for a one time payment.
