Tom was discriminated against because even though Atticus's case was better than his opponents. Tom who is disabled, still went to jail. Tom Robinson was a honest and kind black man, but because he was black, the judge didn't believe him over a white individual and he went to jail.

Aunt Alexandra is flat out discriminating against Walter Cunningham because his family is in the lower class. Because of this, I can infer that being poor came along with discrimination from people in higher classes. This quote is a great example and shows discrimination, because of how aunt Alexandra treated Walter different then someone who has more money. If everyone thinks like Aunt Alexandra then Walter will have no friends, which can have a negative impact on a kid.

"In this year’s survey, roughly two-thirds of Americans (64%) also say Jews face at least some discrimination in the U.S." This quote goes to show that discrimination is real and many people are affected by it. No one wants to be an outcast, but that is how others make them feel for being different.

George Floyd was a criminal and was brutally killed by police officers due to the color of his skin. Although he was a criminal he didn't have to be killed. If he were a different race and committed the same crime, he still would have gotten in trouble, but not by death. Everything associated with that subject could have been handled way better. This example of discrimination shows that because George Floyd was black he was killed.
