The central idea of this article is that is shows you the advantages and disadvantages of being in space, which is developed over the course of the text through showing that it explains that your body feels the things that the text is saying like ou would lose calcium and your bones become weaker than when it was in eart. Also almost at the end a Russian austronaut said "My body felt like a 500 pound barbell," he said. He even had trouble lifting and holding his fifteen-month-old son, John"

The central idea of this article I see that living in microgravity has its advantages and disadvantages towards living without grativy, which is developed over the course of the text through," their muscles become so feeble that when they return to Earth they can't even walk." An advantage is that astronauts can bounce from wall to wall flying.
