My home based business is providing consulting services for non profit organizations on program goals; vision; program impact; grant writing; and data collection design, analysis, and presentation. Solidarity for Justice Consulting utilizes participatory action research which means that I hire my research assistants from the community that each non-profit serves and teach them the skills required for planning, implementing, and reporting on program evaluation. My aim is to build my community, share knowledge, and empower local communities with the skills to do this work themselves! As Audre Lorde says, none of us are free until all of us are free. And that requires sharing expertise and knowledge when I have it and collaborating closely with community to build on their areas of expertise and knowledge - we are collaborators!
