         <description><![CDATA[<div>This diet isnt the most threatening to your health, but contains many negative aspects. It provides many different meal opportunities and allows for flexibility. But due to the required intake, it causes people to feel much more tired and have low energy throughout the day. The other downfall which i believe harms anyone using this diet, it requires diet pills which are not needed in a diet and can be harmful to a body.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>i think this is a very neat diet, it helps you cut down on fat and to maintain a young looking body. I would certainly try it if i became fat over the years. I do in fact think taking pills sucks so I wouldn't do it actually take back my opinion  I didn't see we had to take pills.</div>]]></description>
