Organic Scramble

Students are given an organic reaction, and are tasked with naming the product(s), stating the conditions/requirements for the reaction to occur and stating the name of the reaction.
All answers to these questions will be put on papers/cardboard as multiple-choice answers, and students need to find the correct answers as fast as possible for as many reactions as possible

The aim is to make students recall these points which are normally memorised.
However I don't quite know if this will work as I haven't studied the organic chemistry chapters yet, can any ex ses students share their opinions on this?

Spin the Wheel / throw the darts(f2f)

Only numbers are shown on the wheel/dartboard. Each student will be given 3 spins/3 throws and they are required to answer the questions according to the numbers they got. (which means each student has to answer 3 questions). The marks allocated for each question will be written as well so that the students know which questions to target. (or we can use different colours to indicate the marks)Prizes will be given according to their points.

*we’ll have to check our answers with the lecturers beforehand so that we don’t mislead anyone

*to avoid the case where some students keep getting the same questions, we can prepare different wheels/dartboards (maybe 3?) and we can change it after 5 students have tried the game
