I got an idea to start my logo from the first letter G, but after that Wan Jing told us that there will be some changes to the name. This logo is a combination of the seedling, the initials of the name as well as the Chinese name ‘根’ .If you noticed, there’re two hidden alphabet R and G in the logo, initials of our theme name. I differentiate them by applying a darker shade of green. The whole logo is actually a seedling and there’re 6 secondary roots at the root part. These six roots are to represent the six team of our comm arch. So freakin fast 🤯, how time flies……feel like I wrote that ‘tdy is my first day of class’ just a moment ago but it’s been seven weeks! At first, I was rlly nervous as there’re lots of seniors and I’m not even get to know people from my batch that well yet. But soon I’ve got to know some of the seniors ( Wan Yi, Kah Gin, Qiao Ting) by chance as we had a meeting to discuss about our work. I remembered it was a Thursday night hahaha cuz I was rlly happy to know them although I was quiet all the time. From the first week, there’re alrdy tasksss that waiting for every each of us hahaha but it still can be handled. But for the weeks after that, tbh those tasks drive me crazy n I believe it’s not only for me, it’s the whole team, every department….. I really wanna thanks to Wan Jing, my team leader who always guided us to make sure everything is on track. I believe she’s a lot more stress in this whole sem as she always need to check on our work and! Always helps us to amend on the things. Huey Wen and her always stayed up late for those ‘non-stop meetingssss’ to make sure everything is organised and on track. And also, the person who always assisted each of the team, Qiao Ting, our president, she always give us those comments and even help us w/ the amendments. A big thanks to them.🤍✨ Apart from that, I’m in Group 3 for the modular cube project, most of us are from the same batch. I’m so glad to join the group and work with them but tbh I think the tasks haven’t distributed well. Only some particular members in charge of almost everything. I think the prob for our group is lack of communication. Many of us r too shy to give their opinions. And due to only some particular members rlly involved in doing things and actually we’re all quite busy w/ other subjects too, this lead to a lots of amendments of our design. As only few of the members rush for it. After that, our leader was sick and the whole team progress wasn’t on track so Ming Fong and Lucas help to lead the group. After that, every each of us baru get involved into it. Although there’re ups and downs throughout this teamwork, but overall it was a good experience to work w/ them. Thank you all my group members!🥰 Last but not least, I would like to thank my friend🥰, CKWK😬, Crystal who always helps me out a lot whenever I need help. Overall it was a fun and fruitful experience for me to involved in this community architecture, I’ve learned about the soft skills, communication is the key👊🏼.
