There some reasons as how children can have poor health conditons.

Research has revealed that in most cases poor health condition is due to the wrong diets provided by parents. Komminou (2010) states that depriving carbohydrates like sugar or gluten in children is not as healthy as people think. Studies reveal they are essential for the development of their body and well-being. This issue may affect their attitude toward their social life. The indispose feeling may take control of them developing health issues like anorexia. This disorder had been affecting millions of children in recent years. Eating disorders have proven to be hard to attack and growing up with one of them will be hard for children. Therefore, it can be argued that inadequate diets have a drastic impact on a child's health.

According to (Komninou, S.) (2010) who had claimed that when young children ate the unhealthy food such as KFC and Mc Donald , they would like to addict to these unhealth food .As a result of these unhealth food is not always their daily diet so the children would have a huge curiosity and desire for it .Thus , they would like to more addict to these ‘ toxic’ food and increase their demand for it . Therefore , it cause a poor health for it .

Although some promoted superfoods have negative effects for children’s babies, however, limit younger toddlers desire for food is not good method. Komninou (2010) states that when limit kid desire for food, children do not require to eat, but when there are no restrictions, children will have a desire to eat. kid eat a lot of food when they have a desire, which have benefit for them, for example, kid can sufficient nutrient absorption, have strength bone, and change attitudes to food. Therefore, increase kid desire to eat can meet the nutritional requirements of children.
