         <description><![CDATA[<div>It's important to note that information passed on through the more knowledgeable other to a child can assist them by providing information and knowledge and interacting that the child can learn by acquiring higher mental functions.  <br><br>The Zone of Proximal development is the most sensitive part where information should be passed down to children since they will most likely be able to learn and remember the guidance given. It works alongside the MKO by increasing the competence of the child and able to use the information in the future.</div>]]></description>

Those children who have "private conversations" or talk to themselves are more likely to be socially competent. It's stated that later language ability can be more internalized as we get older so we can think to ourselves.</div>]]></description>
