Also, there probally would not be a big city next to their treehouse. Terry (the other character) can not invent all of his machines and things to help them live in the treehouse. Terry and Andy would not have there treehouse the way it is in the book becuase there was most likely be nothing like that if the setting was 100 yeasr ago. None of that stuff was invented back then so you can not put it in the stroy. It would get peoples mind confused and they would have the wrong idea. The setting would be different because there treehouse would be smaller because it would not of had the chance to grow as much yet. They would not have all the technology in there house. One of the main event early on in the story is that terry turns there friends cat into a flying cat and the technology they used to do that would not have been invented yet becuase it was 100 years earlier.
