2) Answer questions, when I have them
3) grade my work as fast as you can! 

Answer emails quickly, be able to meet one on one as needed, and help me figure out how to take better notes.

you could ask more questions, offer extra help, be patient.

I think just being able to help when I need help would be something you could do.

Remind me of due dates, assignments, and encouraging getting them done as soon as possible. 

You can keep open communication, explain difficult concepts thoroughly, and take extra time to answer questions.

Respond to emails and be very responsive like the years past.
Change the program back to the old program....
Allowing us more time if needed.

Not to go too fast, have a classroom routine, make some steps or ways for the lesson to stick in my head.

I think just thoroughly explaining things, a lot of teachers I had in the past were very broad, which was ok in some situations because it forced me to ask questions, but its not always so convenient. Also it's fun to be motivated, and make a subject as interesting as it can be. I know that its not always looked upon as "crucial" but I know everyone would love to associate learning with fun, or at least creative outlooks.

keep us up to date on any big changes in the pace chart or upcoming events, and keep responding as fast as you do when we need help. And also just keep being awesome.

1.Ask questions on the topic of what we are learning.
2.Ask very obvious questions about the topic we are learning.
3.Go slow when explaining the instructions for a project.

First, answer emails or texts within a reasonable time. Second, give feedback on assignmnets and quizzes. Third, keep doing what you have been doing for the past couple of years, you have been one of my best teachers at MVA!!
