I learned more about Guadeloup, beautiful views but very sad history which everyone here should know and respect while staying here.
I notice that in this moment my mind is open and I can enjoy all the practises We did. You always first need To Embty your mind to be ready for explorig your self. Usually focusing on Your breathing helps.

Today I realized Guadeloupes’ two faces. This place is not only a paradise. Island’s history is terryfying and shows how cruel people can be. Last time when we were here we went to the museum and it opend my eyes. But when Rita told that there is still rasism in everyday life I was surprized. I thought that people have learnt from the past but unfortunatelly it hasn’t happend. ä
