私がもしInclusion weekの企画リーダーだったとしたら、できるだけ様々な人を対象にしたイベントを開催したいと思う。つまり大学生だけでなく、社会人、年配者、そして日本人だけでなく外国人も対象にしたイベントである。APUは国際性の面で大きく多様性を確保している。この利点を利用して、差別を軽減するためのワークショップを開きたいと思う。まず参加者に自分はどれだけステレオタイプや差別的心を持っているかを測るテストを実施したいと思う。そして、そのようなテストを元にレベル分けをして、そのレベルが高い人と低い人がちょうどいい割合になり、また多様性も確保したグループを作りたいと思う。テストの結果は匿名性を担保したいと思う。そして、そのグループごとに様々な場面を想定したディスカッションを行うことで、どのようなタイプに人がどのような考えを持っているのかを知ることができる。それを行うことで多種多様な考えを交換することができ、またステレオタイプなどもかなり軽減できるのではないのかと思う。

私がInclusion Weekのリーダーになったら、様々な国や文化、価値観を持った人たちが5人一組になり、お互い好きな事、嫌いな事、得意な事、不得意な事などについて話した後、異文化理解を深めるイベントの企画を30分間～1時間程度で協働しながら作るというワークショップの場を提供したいと思う。そして最後にメンバー同士がお互いの良いところを伝えあい、終了したいと考えている。
