         <description><![CDATA[<div>1 - The bones, joints and muscle content will help with me my work.  I have taken on supporting  Sports Medicine surgery, such as rotator cuff repair.  I got thrown in a last minute meeting this week and was able to follow fairly well. <br>2 - Really makes you realize the importance of stretching.  I am in front of a computer 10 hours a day.  Getting up to take stretch or take a quick walk is something I am trying to train myself to do. </div>]]></description>

Trying to make sure to add the little things that are mentioned in class to have a healthier lifestyle (i.e. cooking oils, Vitamin D supplements as I am over 40).<br>2. Sometimes the content is scary especially regarding diseases. Makes me want to make changes to make sure I am here for my kids. <br>3. Doing my best to schedule time for classwork since it is a large work load but making sure not to forgot about my personal needs. For example, I take a break every evening to take a walk with my kids. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. This class is quite difficult. I think I found the tissue section most confusing. I still don't think I understand the differences between the epithieal tissues cells!<br>2. So many muscles!! Didn't realize how many there actually are in the body!<br>3. I found it fascinating how the skin works in repairing itself. It is such a complex system that we don't really see. </div>]]></description>
