This then inspired me to download Super Mario Bros because it used to be my favorite Nintendo game that I would watch my older brother play. I'm coming back to this post because I was to emphasize the impact that advertising had on the influence of my choice to download this game. It gives the option to play with up to three players, or even solo. When I was younger, on an older generation of the Nintendo DS, I would play my DS everywhere I went and would play this game religiously. Up until I got to a level that neither I nor my brother could complete, I gave up. Now being older I felt that I reached a higher level of fine motor skills that would better equip me with the ability to complete this game. I invited Marco along with me when we didn't have anything to do one weekend and the biggest decision we've ever had to make came up. Who was going to be Mario and who was going to be Luigi? I have had 57 restarts which means my death count rounds up to about 580 deaths in total, throughout my gameplay with Marco. If I were to choose a mode to destress, video games would probably be last on my list. I'm simply not built for the pressure of trying to be perfect when perfect equates to a supernatural high score. Pacman is too stress inducing, and Animal Crossing is too slow. I have not met my happy middle yet. Maybe playing video games is just not for me. But in contrast, I absolutely love watching other people play video games.
