Heather,

I have deeply appreciated getting to know you better and working alongside you since you joined College Track. From personal conversations about our lives to professional ones about how to live into your vision of a more strategic, collaborative College Track, I will forever take with me our shared memories. Your work with SI was at the intersection of the organization. And in my opinion, the intersection is one of the most challenging, yet beautiful places to be. It is the place of uncertainty, the place where we meet folks where they are, with an idea of where they are heading. And in some intersections, we decide to change trajectories based on the interactions we have with those around us because there may be a better way to get to where we want to go, together. Thank you, Heather, for embracing and bringing to life the intersection. And while we may head in different directions after our time together here, I only hope to meet you again and share more memories, at intersections not yet imagined.

I don't have the the right words to express how much I will miss working with you, but I will try. Everything we have done over the last three years has been incredible, and I am so thankful I was able to be led by you through some of the hardest (but most rewarding) work I have ever done. Thank you for being the kind if manager everyone should aspire to be and the kind of coworker that grew into a friend. You won't be rid of me though, so don't think of this as a goodbye! You are an impressive professional with an incredible ability to track, synthesize, monitor, and facilitate dizzying numbers of large, and complex projects to ensure everything captured in an aspirational vision can happen in real life. I have learned so much from you in our time working together and I admire you greatly. College Track benefitted immensely from your talents and your next organization will too.

As a person, you have been so open, kind, and authentic - I can't express how much I've appreciated the ability to share unfiltered thoughts and ideas knowing they were received with compassion and kindness.
