We tested our prototype by putting it in a large plastic tub and putting 20 pennies on our boat to see if it would float and move. We didn´t get very good results, as it didn´t even float. We tested it by attaching    bungee cords to it and attaching a bucket to the other side of the bungee cords. Then we methodically added sand to the bucket via red solo cup untill it broke. Our mess of a bridge held a grand total of 1 lbs and 13 oz.
