“No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.” — Aesop

“Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible

Treat others how you want to be treated.

Today is Unity Day. A day to stand up against bullying. We are all people regardless of race, background, or gender. We must all unite for a better future for those who can't stand up for themselves. Don't be afraid to stick up for someone if you feel they are being bullied! We all need more community and kindness for each other.

Bullying hurts, but connection heals. Unity Day is a reminder that simple actions—inviting someone to sit with you, speaking up when you see someone being excluded, or simply choosing empathy over indifference—can transform a school, a workplace, or a community.

Let's make sure everyone around us knows they are valued, supported, and never alone.
