This exchange is for Pinnacle Alpine Racing and Ascent Ski Racing families, East and West. • A parent or adult family member should manage each listing and exchange. • Anyone with the board link can see posts and comments. Use an adult contact method you are comfortable sharing here. Keep children's contact details, home addresses, and payment information off the board. • Describe the actual item, wear, repairs, and any known damage honestly. Use your own photos. • Buyers and sellers agree on price, payment, and pickup directly. • Ask your coach if you are unsure whether an item fits your athlete's needs. • Keep posts related to used ski gear and update them when availability changes.

3 | Contact a seller & mark gear sold

BUYING Use the adult email or text number listed in the post to contact the seller directly. You may also leave a comment such as “Still available?” or “Are bindings included?” Comments are visible to everyone who can view the board. Arrange payment, exact pickup location, and other personal details privately by email, text, or phone. SELLING Check your listing for comments and respond through your listed contact method. Update the title to PENDING when arranging a sale. Once complete, change it to SOLD or GIVEN AWAY. For a wanted post, use FOUND when your request is filled. Remove the listing when it is no longer needed. TO UPDATE While signed into the account used to post, open your post's menu and choose Edit. Change the title/details, then save the update. Can't edit? Add a SOLD / FOUND comment and contact Derek through your usual team channel with the listing title so it can be updated or removed.

SIGN IN BEFORE POSTING — RECOMMENDED You can browse and post without an account, but signing into Padlet first lets you return later to edit your listing or mark it sold. Guest posts may lose editing access when the browser session ends. 2. CHOOSE A CATEGORY Use SKIS, BOOTS, CLOTHING & PROTECTION, or POLES, BAGS & ACCESSORIES. Use WANTED / ISO (“in search of”) when looking for gear. On a phone, swipe sideways to see more columns. 3. ADD YOUR LISTING Use the + / + Post button and select the matching section.
