Thank you, Greece, for giving us medicine.

If it were not for medicine, my wife would have died. She received a kidney transplant and heart valve replacement, and the medicine she takes literally keeps her alive. Our family would not be as close as we are without my amazing wife. She is the glue that holds us all together, and her kindness is incredible.

I literally could not live without her. She has to take over 30 pills a day to survive. Without the Greeks developing and inventing medicine, she would not be here today. Thank you, Greece!

I chose money because without money we would have to pay by trading things. With money we can keep the stuff we already have and still get what you want. The one con is that you have to spend a lot of time to get it and some people don’t have a chance to get money at all. Money is my favorite Greek invention because with enough money the can essentially get anything you want. I also would hate trading things because I still want to keep the things I already have and still get new things. Money can also give you motivation because if you don’t make a lot then you will want to try harder to make more. Overall I chose money because it gets you all your necessities without having to trade the things you already own. Thank you Greece.

Thank you Greece for giving us heat. If heat was not invented then my friends my brothers my mother my father and sister would had freeze up. This invention is so important because it can also cook food and boil water. It can also burn stuff like wood and other things. It can be used as a weapon and it very hot thats what makes it a good invention. It can make glass if you use heat then melt sand.

Medicine beacouse we couldn’t live without it and we iilnises and medicine can help with that but I think it’s important that you know what it means and what you can help with and how it can be used for your health care

Thank you Greece for giving us money. In my opinion I think money was the most important contribution because before we had money we traded which meant nothing had a defined value. The discovery of money or currency also helped each country make their own currency and build the foundation of businesses. Many businesses like retail shops and online stores are now a thing because people have the money and currency to buy things. With the feature of local and worldwide businesses people now were supplied jobs and earned their own money, which shows how money goes from one person to another. The invention of money is put into a large scale when you realize money can travel between millions of people and thousands of miles within its lifespan. Adding onto this an estimated 100 trillion or more dollars is spent and moved between people every single year. In conclusion money was one of the most important inventions on our planet and everyone uses it.

Thank you Greece for giving us, showers. Without showers everyone would smell horrible. With showers we can have warmth, cleanliness, and a space to relax to finish off our day. If we didn't have showers everyone would be so annoyed by everyone because of Bo. We would be cleaning ourselves out in the open in lakes with poison ivy and fish everyone, without showers. Showers are more than just a box with water they are helping all. The greatest invention the Greeks gave us was showers.

Thank you greece for giving us medicine. If we never had medicine there would be a bunch more death and less people surviving the flu, sicknesses, etc. we would also be less populated. If there were no medicine humans would have a lower lifespan, and die quicker. People would recover slower than with medicine, and possibly not survive recovery. It also helps us defend ourselves against viruses, sicknesses, flu’s, etc, and people wouldn’t be able to defend themselves as easily. And medicine is important for animals, and pets too, such as rabies shot, and heartworm preventatives.

Thank you Greece for giving the world sports. If sports weren’t invented I don’t know what I would with my life everyday after school i go straight to soccer practice or a game and then in winter its basketball its the same thing and than the same thing in spring for lacrosse,so sports are literally my whole life. Im not much of a reader so if sports weren’t invented i would just sit around and be board, another reason is that there is so many things that i so like to do but all of them are considered sports. I also feel like everyone in this room has done one thing with sports in their life that they liked even if is not for a team something can still be a sport, and if we didn’t have sports everyone would be lazy and probably not the healthiest because you wouldn’t be able to run or probably not even be able to workout so your body would just start declining. Even if you aren’t a fan of sports they are importantly for the everyday life.

thank you Greece for money, life without money could be helpful for the less fortunate but , there would most likely be a different form of currency like gold or silver etc. things like gold and silver are most likely worth more money as-well which means it would probably be harder to earn

Thank you so much Greece for giving us sports because i dont know what i would do with myself without them.Ever since i was little i have always been doing some sort of sports but if you wouldn’t have invented it i would have never learned them.Another important thing about sports is that you get to stay active and do thing instead of just sitting around and doing nothing like watching TV.And i dont know what i would do with yself after school because after school i always go out to cross country and do practice or we have a meet and then i have swim some night and also meets some night.But if I didn’t have any of those thing i would be pretty bored and lazy.Another thing is doing sports i go to meet some of my best friend and if you wouldn’t have invented sports i would have never met them.So thank you so much Greece for inventing some of the sorts that i love to watch and do.

Thank you Greece for sports. Without sports I would be bored out of my mind. Also sports keeps us healthy and active. Sports keep me active so I’m in shape and lazy. Sports also keep us healthy because it helps with heart health and we all need a heart to survive. I also chose this invention because I do sports everyday as in volleyball, basketball and softball. In general sports is an amazing way to spend your free time so thank you Greece!

Plumbing

In my opinion I think plumbing is the best because without plumbing if we came home after a long day we wouldn’t be able to wash off all the dirt and stink off. Also if we didn’t have plumbing and we got dirty from the mud we wouldn’t probably have to wait for the rain to wash us off but who knows when the rain could come it could take days. Then you would have to go to bed in dirt and filth and that would be disgusting. Sinks are also apart of plumbing and with out a sink your hands would be dirty. For example lets just say I got my hands dirty with some mud or something disgusting on your hands, I would want to wash my hands in some nice clean water and then eat my food. That would be pretty disgusting if you had mud on your hands and then ate your food then some of the mud would probably get in your mouth. And that’s why I think plumbing is very in portant.

Everyday I want to stay in bed and rest more but thanks to the alarm clock I wake up everytime.They are such a great invention for a lot of reasons first they wake people up a lot of people would not be able to get up up and live out their day without it.Most people want to stay in bed but it does its job and wakes them up.Also it’s good for reminders there’s different types of alarm clocks.Some are for waking up and some are for reminders or timers.Either way they are super useful to the world and how it develops in the future.It keeps the world awake and going.

Money

Thank you Greece of giving us money. We need money to buy things like the medicine and a lot of other things. Next it is imported to me because that is how we pay for things and everything you have you or your parents pretty much payed money for all of it. Also money is imported to me because how everyone has at least a little money or has had some before. Next is that they made money for a reason and the reason is so they don't have to trade anything any more and all you have to pay and you can keep what is already yours. Next is that everyone has used money before and everyone knows what money is and that proves that money is imported. Lastly is that money is imported to have because we use money for everything to buy stuff.

Thank you, Greece for sports. Without sports a lot of peope, wouldn't keep active and healthy. Sports help us to learn communication, and how to work together as a team. Sports help us to perservere and keep going even if we feel like we can't. Sports help us to stop being lazy and to push our bodies to the limit. "People seek ways to fly because we lack wings". This quote means a lot because people put a lot of passion, talent and hardwork to suceed to become the best that they can. Talent is something you bloom, instinct is something you polish. Without sports I wouldn't know how to perservere and keep going. Pushing ourselves to the limit is something we're all born to do. And to also remember we don't win alone. Whether you had your parents, teammates, friends or whatever. You always will have someone that believes in you. There's only one reason we continue fighting. Because we haven't lost yet
