We wrapped up the day with a group dinner, where some enjoyed meat dishes while others opted for seafood.

To strengthen our connection as a group, we faced a challenge with different tasks.

We concluded the morning with a reflection on stereotypes, prejudice, discrimination, and self-fulfilling prophecy.

This morning we explored the central role of empathy, emotional education and delved into how the Atlas of Emotions platform works as a tool for self-awareness.

Afterwards, through a group activity focused on the concept of stereotypes, we analyzed an image applying the D-I-E method (Description, Interpretation, Evaluation) to learn how to distinguish objective observation from prejudice.

In the afternoon, we treated ourselves to a visit to the botanical garden, strolling to discover tropical flora from around the world. Between majestic plants, all kinds of palms and unusual flowers, the day ended in a relaxing and curious way.
