First Impression

Reserved, polite, and observant, though a little awkward and absent-minded at times. Tends to be cautious around strangers.

When Comfortable

Curious, expressive, and attentive, with a playful side that comes out around people he trusts. Can be unexpectedly unfiltered and has a dark, self-deprecating sense of humour. Shows his care through small actions and paying attention to the people around him.

Under Stress

Tends to overthink things and becomes irritable when overwhelmed. May withdraw, zone out, or bottle up his feelings rather than talk about them. Often struggles to put his emotions into words, even when there's a lot going on inside.

Backstory WIP

Title: The Sound Next Door [Open]

Genre(s): Slice of life, light-hearted

Requirement(s): Any gender/age, must be a neighbour who plays an instrument, potential connection

Description: Siwoo keeps hearing someone playing an instrument through the walls. One night, he gets curious enough to leave a little post-it note on their door commenting on it. Whether it’s a compliment, a complaint, or just a random comment depends on the dynamic between them.

Title: Maze in the Building [Taken/Li Yan]

Genre(s): Slice of life, comedy

Requirement(s): Any gender/age

Description: Siwoo somehow manages to get himself lost inside a building he could have sworn was easy enough to navigate. After wandering through unfamiliar hallways and failing to find his way back to the exit, he runs into someone who offers to help. Things get a little more complicated when Siwoo realises he’s also misplaced something along the way, leaving the two of them to retrace his steps and figure out where he left it.

Name: Mort, muse's name is fine too!

Age: 21+

Writing: Semi/multi para, third pov

Co-worker, friendship, found family, someone who he doesn't get along with, someone who needs a dog walker/dog sitter, and more!

Preference: Slice of life, light-hearted, silly shenanigans, mild drama

Not for me: Heavy themes, smut

Extra:

- Once took care of a hedgehog and some goldfish back in his hometown when he was younger, but they eventually passed away.

- Sometimes takes shelter dogs out for walks and continues to volunteer whenever he has the time.

- Finds it difficult to throw away handmade gifts. He keeps them in a storage box even if he doesn't have much use for them.

- Has a surprisingly good memory for faces but terrible memory for names.

- Has been wearing glasses since high school due to nearsightedness.

Important: Replies may be sporadic and depending on my energy. Gentle nudges are fine if I've been inactive for a week. I prefer clear communication and am always open to discussing changes, breaks, or dropping a plot if it isn't working out. If a thread is left inactive for too long without notice, I may eventually lose interest and drop it :c
