Barry County completely violated my husband's plea deal and the prosecutors and judges lied and said it didn't exist. When I spoke up about what had happened, and eventually found out that they made Brady/Giglio violations, they retaliated against me rather than fix their mistakes.

Julie Pratt was prosecutor and she would call me whenever she felt like it and ask me questions without my lawyer around. I was a defendant.
