**Fee & Pricing Overview

• Round 1, September 25–October 9 (open 8:00 am CT, on September 25, 2026, and close 11:59 p.m. noon CT on October 9, 2026)  Select your first and second choice for your first qualifier from the fall events below. Choose two different events your team can attend.

• Round 2, October 26–November 19(open 8:00 a.m CT on October 26, 2026, and close 11:59 p.m. noon CT on November 19, 2026.): Submit preferences for your second qualifier. This round will focus on January events; separate event choices and instructions will be shared.

Please respond early if your plans are known. Sending a preference early helps us gauge demand; it does not by itself confirm a place at an event or give your team priority for a particular event.

The October 24 qualifier is coming up quickly. If your team can attend, include it among your Round 1 choices. Submit your preferences promptly so we can plan for teams interested in this early event.
